Car Maintenance Tracker allows you to store vehicle-related information locally on your device, including:

  • Odometer/mileage information

  • Fuel quantity and fuel costs

  • Maintenance and service records

  • Maintenance costs

  • Other expense records

  • Tire information

  • Tire rotation history

  • Insurance and registration reminders

  • Other reminder information

  • App settings such as selected currency

This information is primarily stored locally on your device and is used to provide the functionality of the App.

We do not operate a server or user account system for storing this vehicle information.

2. No User Account Required

Car Maintenance Tracker does not require you to create an account, provide a username, or provide a password.

We do not maintain an online user account or profile for you.

3. Local Storage

The vehicle and maintenance information you enter is stored locally on your device using the App's local database and device storage.

This information is not automatically uploaded to our servers because the App does not use our own backend server for this purpose.

If you use the App's backup, restore, sharing, or export features, you may choose to transfer your information to another location, application, service, or person. Any information you voluntarily transfer is subject to the privacy practices of the destination service.

4. Backup and Export

The App may allow you to create backups and export information in formats such as JSON, CSV, or PDF.

Backup and export files are created based on information you have entered into the App.

When you choose to share or transfer a backup or exported file, the file may be provided to another application or third-party service selected by you. We do not control how a third party handles information after you choose to share it.

You should only share backup and export files with people and services you trust.

5. Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service, to display advertisements.

Google and its advertising partners may collect or process certain information from your device, such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location information, and information about interactions with advertisements, depending on the applicable Google services, settings, consent choices, and regional requirements.

This information may be used for purposes such as providing, measuring, and improving advertising and preventing fraud.

We do not sell your vehicle records or maintenance information to advertisers.

6. Notifications

The App may use local notifications to remind you about vehicle-related events such as:

  • Insurance renewal

  • Registration renewal

  • Maintenance/service reminders

  • Mileage-based reminders

  • Tire-related reminders

Notification information is generated from reminder information stored in the App.

The App may request permission to send notifications. You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.

7. Data Sharing

We do not operate a server that collects and stores your vehicle records.

We do not sell your vehicle, maintenance, fuel, expense, tire, or reminder information.

Information may be processed by third-party services when necessary to provide features that you choose to use, including:

  • Google AdMob for advertising

  • Applications or services you select when using the App's sharing or export features

Third-party services operate according to their own privacy policies and terms.

8. Data Security

Because most vehicle information is stored locally on your device, the security of that information also depends on the security of your device.

We recommend using appropriate device security measures such as a screen lock, PIN, password, or biometric authentication.

We do not guarantee that any electronic storage method can be completely secure.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Vehicle and maintenance information stored by the App remains on your device until you delete it, uninstall the App, or otherwise remove the application's stored data.

You can delete individual records using the deletion functionality provided by the App.

If you create a backup or export file, that file may remain wherever you saved or shared it until you delete it yourself.

Because the App does not require an online account, there is no user account maintained by us that requires account deletion.

10. Children's Privacy

Car Maintenance Tracker is not directed toward children and is not designed to attract children.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party software development kits (SDKs) and services, including advertising services.

These third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

  • Deleting backup/export files
